PCTFE Powder (Polychlorotrifluoroethylene)
PCTFE (polychlorotrifluoroethylene) powder is supplied in fine to granular grades for cryogenic seals, moisture-barrier films, and precision molded components. It offers one of the lowest gas and moisture permeability rates among plastics along with good dimensional stability, and a continuous service temperature around 180°C. Particle size spans roughly 1 to 5 µm for micronized grades up to coarser molding powders; grades and particle size are confirmed at time of quotation.
