HDPE powder is supplied in free-flowing form for rotational molding, fluidized-bed dip coating, and protective metal coatings. It offers good chemical resistance, stiffness, and impact strength across a wide temperature range. Typical particle size ranges from roughly 300 to 500 µm for rotomolding grades; specific particle size and melt index grade are confirmed at time of quotation.
