Halloysite nanotubes (OD 50–300 nm, lumen ≈15 nm, length 1–15 µm) are graded by outer diameter, lumen and tube length, not by US mesh/sieve number — even where tube length reaches into the micron range, the sub-300 nm outer diameter passes through any sieve.
