Gold Nanopowder (11–18 nm (monodisperse standard grade; other morphologies on request)) is far finer than any US mesh/sieve can measure — even the finest standard sieve number (12000 mesh) only resolves down to 1 µm (1,000 nm), still far coarser than the particle sizes on this page. Particle size for true nanopowders is specified directly in nanometers, as in the table above, not by mesh number. For reference, here is how nanometers relate to microns and millimetres:
