FEP Powder (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene)

FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) powder is supplied in fine, free-flowing form for non-stick coatings, cable insulation, and chemical-resistant linings. It offers near-PTFE chemical inertness and low friction combined with true melt-processability, and a continuous service temperature around 200°C. Typical coating-grade particle size runs roughly 20 to 100 µm; grades and particle size are confirmed at time of quotation.
